We want you to love your Run and Fly items, but if they aren't quite right, you can return any unworn garment within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is securely folded.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
